1. What is From Your Mom?
From Your Mom is an online store by Studio MOM, offering apparel, accessories, and home goods featuring heartfelt messages from Moms. Each product is made with love to spread positivity and celebrate the bond between Moms and their loved ones.
2. How are your products made?
We use a print-on-demand model, which means each item is custom-printed when you place your order. This ensures quality and reduces waste.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all states within the U.S. Shipping times vary based on location, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- From Your Mom is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Because our products are custom-printed, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience an issue, contact us using the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
6. How can I ensure the right size?
Please refer to our size chart on each product page for accurate measurements. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
