What is From Your Mom?
From Your Mom is an online store by Studio MOM, offering apparel, accessories, and home goods featuring heartfelt messages from Moms. Each product is made with love to spread positivity and celebrate the bond between Moms and their loved ones.
How are your products made?
Our products are made to order. Materials and production methods vary by item, including woven blankets and printed products. You can find the details on each product page.
Where do you ship?
Shipping to the contiguous U.S. and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping is free on eligible orders over $125. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Production typically takes 3–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- From Your Mom is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages by the carrier.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because our products are custom-printed, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you experience an issue, contact us using the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
How do I choose the right size?
For blankets, look for the size guide in the product images and compare the measurements before choosing your size. For other products, check the dimensions in the product details. If you need help, contact us before placing your order.
